Before we start this course, we will first look at what will be covered during the training. The course is divided into categories and in each category, there are a number of videos. You can pause and watch again any video of the course. We update our courses regularly and you will be able to see the replacement and new videos as they are released.

You work through the course videos in order and we'll now give you a summary of what the course will cover:
Firstly, the importance of health and safety, causes of accidents, the laws of health and safety, health and safety at work act and regulations.
The category, prevention of accidents covers; the accident triangle, why prevention is important, risk assessment, COSHH, safety signs and workplace exposure limits.
The final categories include; hath and safety training requirements, first aid provision, what action to take when an accident occurs and how to report it. It also covers risk assessments, fire triangle, evacuating in an emergency, slips trips and falls and many other specific areas of health and safety.
At the end of this course, it will cover health and safety regulations, workplace and personal security.
